Our Story

Built between Stockholm and the Mediterranean — by people who actually taste the harvest.

Atlas Continental Foods began with a simple frustration: too many shelves filled with olive oil that had lost its soul. Blended, over-aged, stripped of the groves it came from. We knew the south of Spain could do better — because we grew up around it.

Today we cold-press our extra virgin olive oil in Andalusia within hours of harvest, then finish, label and dispatch from our hub in Stockholm. One brand. One traceable lot. From the grove to the Nordic table, and onward to distributors, wholesalers and HoReCa partners across the world.

By 2030, every Atlas Continental Foods shipment from Spain to Sweden will move on a fully carbon-neutral corridor — measured per pallet, audited per lot, reported per delivery. We are rebuilding our route, not buying offsets to disguise it: low-sulphur short-sea vessels, electrified rail through Central Europe, last-mile by HVO and EV. No claim ships unless the data does.

Sea & rail corridor
Bilbao → Rotterdam by HVO-fuelled short-sea, then electrified rail to Hallsberg. Air freight reserved for time-critical citrus only, disclosed per SKU.

Cold-pressed within 48 hours of harvest from regenerative groves with cover crops and zero tillage. Single mill, single bottler, single chain of custody.
