Harvest Journey
Seven calm, deliberate stages — from a single Andalusian grove to our Stockholm hub. No shortcuts, no blending, no anonymous lots. Just the journey, made visible.
Seven stages
Each stage carries real data — time, temperature, lab values, transit corridor. No trade secrets, just transparency.
Single-estate · 37°23′N

March 2026
Olives are hand-picked at peak ripeness, in shallow crates, transported the same morning to a single mill — never blended, never stored.
First cold extraction
Pressed at the mill within hours of picking, below 27 °C. No heat, no chemicals — only mechanical extraction to protect aroma and polyphenols.
Independent laboratory
Every lot is sampled and tested — free acidity, peroxide value, polyphenols and a sensory panel — before a single bottle is filled.
Lot-coded · sealed
Filled, capped and lot-coded in Spain in dark glass to protect the oil from light and oxygen. Every bottle carries its own traceable batch.
Carbon-neutral corridor
Low-sulphur short-sea shipping and electrified rail bring the lot from the Cantabrian coast to our Stockholm hub — audited per pallet, scope-3 reported.
HoReCa · retail · distribution
Cleared and released to qualified partners across the EU. Every shipment ships with its lot history — origin to gate, fully traceable.
