Production dossier

From single-estate grove to Nordic distribution.

Single-estate Andalusian sourcing

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from Picual and Hojiblanca cultivars grown on a single-estate grove in the Sevilla province of Andalusia (37°23′N). The grove is managed under a regenerative protocol — cover-cropped, polycultured between rows and zero-tillage — which protects soil structure, increases organic matter and stabilises polyphenol concentration year on year. Every harvest lot is geo-tagged at the parcel level and traceable through the SSCC barcode printed on each pallet shipped to Stockholm.

Cold-pressed within 48 hours of harvest

Olives are hand-checked, transported chilled and processed at a single nominated mill under strict first-cold-extraction parameters: paste temperature maintained ≤ 27 °C, total malaxation time under 45 minutes, and pressing completed within six hours of leaving the grove. This narrow oxidation window is what allows us to consistently deliver free acidity ≤ 0.30 % (typical 0.15–0.20 %), peroxide values ≤ 8 mEq O₂/kg and a total polyphenol load of 350–450 mg/kg — squarely in the certified high-phenolic range under EU Reg. 432/2012.

IFS Higher Level & multi-standard compliance

Production runs under an IFS Food certification at Higher Level, with parallel BRCGS, HACCP, EU Organic and Non-GMO declarations available per shipment. Each lot ships with a complete Certificate of Analysis (chemical + organoleptic panel test), Safety Data Sheet, allergen declaration, kosher/halal status on request, and an EU country-of-origin attestation suitable for retail private-label registration in any EEA market.

Wholesale formats & B2B logistics

We supply the full retail and industrial range from a single facility: Marasca dark glass 250 / 500 / 750 ml and 1 L for premium retail, Dorica and Anfora glass for gifting, lightweight rPET 1 L for high-volume retail, PET jerrycans 2–5 L for HoReCa, IBC tanks 1000 L for co-packers, and flexitank 22,000 L for full-container industrial bulk. MOQ starts at one EUR-pallet and scales to full FCL (20′ / 40′). Lead time is 10–15 days ex-Sevilla, 20–25 days DDP Stockholm, and we trade on EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF or DDP Incoterms depending on the buyer's preference.

Sevilla → Stockholm zero-impact corridor

Finished pallets enter our Vision 2030 logistics corridor: HVO-100 refrigerated road haulage from Sevilla to the Port of Bilbao, IMO-compliant short-sea HVO-fuelled vessels from Bilbao to Rotterdam, and 100 % renewable-electricity rail from Rotterdam through Hallsberg into our Stockholm consolidation hub (59°20′N). Per-pallet scope-3 emissions are audited against the GLEC Framework and ISO 14083, and a CSRD-ready emissions certificate is issued with every B2B shipment on request.
